User centric SEO

We all want all the traffic in the world for our websites. Its like gold. You cant get enough! This motivates us to get better rankings in the search engine for as many keywords as possible. The focus is shifted from the target audience to non-persona huge crowd of people – who will crowd your shop – give you a great feeling but will not convert!

Search engines are now beginning to strongly include user centric experience of the websites they index. Not just content quality but how people are engaging with the same. If we just think of H1′s and ‘link building’ without first thinking of the user, we are gonna loose BIG time very soon. Think of it as a mega panda update. Scary but true. So rethink and reposition. If you feel too boxed in and cant think straight, contact me! lol

Common sense SEO

Its important to think of the target audience that you want to visit your website. This is the absolute key to successful SEO. Build content that’s important to what your “target” visitors want. Defining your target audience is the usually the hardest part. Once defined, the rest follows logically. Think it as if you are pitching to your client. The logical flow right from the meta tags to the page title and content will help in greater conversions.
